You will also need to make arrangements to pay the performance deposit. Application alone does not guarantee a unit. Units are not reserved without submitting the full deposit.
3. Complete all required fields on the application. Incomplete submissions may delay your application or cause your application to be rejected.
4. Pay the Non-Refundable Application Fee using a credit or debit card. Please note: If you do not receive a confirmation that payment was made, you will need to contact New Brighton View at 651-636-1512 before your application is processed. Applications will not be processed without payment.

I understand that this information may be used by Rental Research Services, Inc., to prepare, at my request, an investigative consumer report as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
