- In direct connection with my Application For Apartment Occupancy and the correlating extension of credit;

- the review of updated information at the time of any lease renewal or transfer of units;

- the results of any reinvestigation or dispute conducted as part of a consumer review; and

I understand that the foregoing information is supplied to MBG Property Management and Cedar Square to induce them to rent to me and is true and correct in all respects. This is a transaction which I have voluntarily initiated.

I authorize whatever credit investigation Rental Research Services, Inc., MBG Property Management and Cedar Square consider appropriate. This investigation may include, but is not limited to, the exchange of information from any source I listed on this Application For Apartment Occupancy, which may become part of an investigative consumer report, as more fully discussed below.
